I’m not endorsing either of these candidates. But I must say it’s discouraging to learn that a U of A Law Professor doesn’t realize the Arkansas State Police has jurisdiction to patrol and enforce the law in Little Rock and every other city in Arkansas. 🤦🏻‍♂️
