world marathon record pace run today at the expo, only 400m. easy peasy.

well it was Southampton marathon today, and a new PB 4 hours 0 mins and 42 seconds (4min pb) most of it was ran shirtless as that's just the man I am.

nice and easy 13.4 miles Queen Elizabeth Country Park with the QE parkrun in the middle, I followed the juniper trail just to see where it took me. #shirtlessrunner

Just finished the real pre race meal, large cod n chips, ready for the SiEntries serpent 50k in the morning, currently in a food coma.

nice little run today at the wickham trail, 2 miles warm up, 12 miles at mp. 1 mile cool down. and again........ #shirtlessrunner

nothing worse than seeing my feed filled with running news and I can't even walk probably, at least 6 weeks out with a broken big toe and a food addiction, it's not going to be a pretty comeback.

early morning 5k with the wife here in tenerife, we saw lots of other runners too, but at half 8 it's starting to get really warm

at tenerife airport waiting to check in, now get told the flight is cancelled, no news so far on what's happening

Observations on Jezza's review of Tesla Model X on Grand Tour. He likes to say 'electrical car' to be different. Sweet. He loved Model X, made it look amazing. Right at end states it costs £150k. (starts at £75k) and never seems shocked at £1.5 million supercar. Lovely.
