We see the left shoulder increasing in tilt from the top as the left hip rotates. The left leg then straightens as body rotates and fires. Many ‘back out’ from the top losing ground pressure and changing planes. Watch live lesson to see fix.

In order to have appropriate shoulder mobility, a few things to happen. 1) Your shoulder needs to be able to upwardly rotate 2) Your thoracic spine has to be able to achieve a given range of extension. The secret to 🔓 shoulder mobility may be improving thoracic mobility.
