Multiple Libyan sources have told me Libyan court of appeals has ruled to suspend Pres Council decrees on Central Bank of #Libya, stating PC unlawfully exceeded its authority & its CBL takeover attempt threatened stability of Libya's economy. #CBL crisis needs quick resolution.
