According to existing FEMA guidelines, we are supposed to eat food, not each other, after WW3. Specifically, the local government plans ahead for us to distribute food to each other in a safe zone.

Food is halal! We should eat food now and after WW3. There is plenty of food, even after WW3; we as a group just need a brain to distribute it to the hungry (in this case, ourselves). It's not halal to eat each other. It's only halal to eat food!
