I just analyzed Mono's last 100 sign-ups (minimum 10 days ago). 22 people converted to paid subscribers. Average time to upgrade also improved from 5.4 days to only 3.3 days. For context: β†’ Most SaaS get 1-2% conversion β†’ Top products like ChatGPT reach ~5% β†’ Mono is at 22%
