Gamifying my step count has been such a game changer for fitness. Minus ten days off for Covid in June I haven’t missed more than one day in a row of not hitting 10K steps for over 150 days. It’s no longer a chore—I look forward to it. Need same for my parenting & writing!

Yesterday in class: Me: “just by looking at it what do we know about this case?” Student: “It was decided in 2004.” Me: “good. And what does that tell us?” Student: “It’s old.”
