Today The Duchess of Cornwall visited Lambeth GP Food Coop to celebrate how GPs, nurses and patients in #Lambeth are using #socialprescribing to improve people's health and wellbeing

HRH attended a reception and met with members of Lambeth GP Food Coop, and doctors and staff from other local GP surgeries, before cutting a beautiful cake to mark the Co-op‘s 6th birthday!
