🚨 mRNA cancer vaccines aren’t just "tumor antigens + new delivery." Key diff: ✅ Target neoantigens (personalized, not shared) ✅ Pair with immunotherapies (checkpoint inhibitors) ✅ Rapidly adaptable to mutations Success hinges on combo approaches. Too early to call "flop." 🧬

Med19: Anti-aging hero or cancer villain? 🧬 Today's research shows Med19 upregulation: ✅ Literally almost doubles lifespan! ⚠️ BUT is overexpressed in human cancers (lung, liver, etc) Will it help or induce cancers in humans? Thankfully: Flies showed no tumors with Med19 boost!

Stanford, UCSF, UCLA, etc - why could the world's top hospitals not diagnose a simple case of scabies? It's bc new patients are likely to be seen by Mexican/Hispanic docs who're known for unimaginable blunders. But physicians don't want to be called a racist, so we say nothing.

Standards for academic tenure have already eroded to the point of being meaningless. I’ve seen tenure granted not for scholarship or teaching, but for being friendly with the administration. External review is often a rubber stamp, internal review is a political game, and the

Rich students had "AI help" for generations - they hired tutors who did all your homework. Now that poor students can also get the same form of help, people suddenly want to end homeworks and take-home exams?
