700,000 of Canada's 4 million skilled tradespeople will retire by 2028 without replacements. Only 47% of kids starting an apprenticeship complete it. Just 2% of newcomers to Canada in the last decade arrived with skilled trade qualifications. Canada faces a crisis. 🇨🇦
