The more I ship the less I want to talk about it nowadays. Feels like a distraction. I know ‘building and audience’ can be helpful, but if I don’t have something interesting to share, I’d rather be quiet at the moment 😅

Just realised that I basically have been using my own version of Garry Tan’s GStack. Especially the adversarial challenge reviews with Codex. I think I might just switch to using GStack with everything baked in though!

Shipping fast is a superpower, but don't be fooled into thinking it's the only way serious founders operate. Sometimes the right move is to sit with the architecture, stress-test the edge cases, and launch something that actually holds up.

I totally understand scaling and needing to make adjustments, but I really wish there was a bit more transparency around these limits. Feels like a blackbox.
