How can a prosecutor and or judge know that a sentence is unlawful, and sit idly by while a person serves out decades in prison. There is something wrong with this.

Do prosecutors and judges take the same pledge as attorneys, to uphold the law? And if they do something contrary to that, can citizens move to have them disbarred? A betrayal of the public's trust???

How is it that society is willing to give second chances, but judges and prosecutors are not. It's time that their actions reflect our humanity, and not their personal agendas.

These politicians are running game on everyone. Their secure in their finances, health care, kids education. While we all focus and fight about a propped up ideology. What they think this country should represent. Divide and conquer.

How is it that a judge can know a person's sentence is questionable in any way, and sit back and allow a person to do time unnecessarily, without lifting a finger? Should they be in that position?

If rehabilitation is the real goal behind incarceration. Wouldn't that require letting letting people go, to see how effective the plan was?

Why is it when police kill innocent people, the first thing they try and do is criminalize the victim. Then society helps their cause, by somehow justifying their actions. Until society as a whole condemns these act, they'll continue to happen.
