It's chilling to see the increasing certainty in climate change attribution in the last four IPCC Reports. At the same time, here's fossil fuel use as percent of global primary energy consumption when those reports were published: 2001: 77.1% 2007: 79.7% 2013: 79.7% 2021: 77.1%
