It has been, what, 2 or 3 years since we had lights on the bike path on the Woodstock and Paarden Island Miles. This while the N1 and even Transnet property have got lights, security lights etc. We noted how much you care Premier Alan Winde Geordin Hill-Lewis about our safety. Shame on you!
