Re. the great resignation among clergy. What can churches do? Some short-term ideas: 1. give your pastor(s) a raise 2. offer a paid sabbatical 3. offer paid counseling or coaching 4. support their family (e.g., set up regular free babysitting for those with young kids)

Questions for the people who are scared of becoming a minority: Why is that? Are minorities treated differently?

Whenever I’m tempted to think Christianity is a fraud because of fraudulent pastors, I’m reminded it was the religious establishment that had Jesus arrested and crucified. Wherever there is money & power gained through religious position, there will be self-interest & hypocrisy.
