the other thing re Feb implementation of tariffs, if Cdn oil included. The Cdn oil market established the Feb differentials for Cdn crude. WCS @ -12.15 diff. It is set. If tariff is implemented on Feb 1, by defacto, the US refiner is eating that tariff. The price is set.
