I’m all for kids getting their bag but the unstructured NIL and transfer portal is ruining college sports. Kids can get paid. Just needs to be done better. Idk the answer just openly ranting.

In a world of fancy exercises…. Sometimes you just need to grab some weight and do some squats. I love this variation to focus more on the quads in athletes who have weaker quads.

If it’s important…do more of it. We train 2-3x a week. We do sprint work of some sort 2-3x a wk. Simple strategy over YEARS that yields FAST athletes.
