This article says "Why G-D sent this tragedy to us ... only He ultimately knows." Perhaps many find this approach comforting, but it seems to me that while God didn't intercede to stop the natural order, this tragedy was caused by human arrogance. blogs.timesofisrael.com/the-meron-trag…
