I joined Commissioners Ahmad Abu-Khalaf Hector Arbuckle (ANC 5D01) Mark Galvan Tony T Goodman in urging Mayor Muriel Bowser and the Council to maintain in the coming 2026 budget a commitment to build a third entrance to NoMa metro station and a pedestrian tunnel to the Union Market area.
