It’s amazing how quickly that pay ‘rise’ for NHS staff has turned into a pay cut. 3% increase - 5.4% inflation - 1.25% NI increase = Not good enough

On the same day that the GMC release their survey results revealing that 63% of junior doctors are at high risk of burnout, we find out that we will be excluded from the 4.5% pay rise that everyone else in the NHS will be getting. What a kick in the teeth.
