Is it just me or is it extremely demoralising working a set of night shifts where someone’s sat at home on a ghost rota earning £40 an hour more than you, just in case you become sick? But it’s not appropriate to ask them to come and help if it’s busy?

No wonder all the juniors are leaving. The NHS is haemorrhaging amazing doctors and will continue to do so until something changes. As an IMT I barely get this monthly. Don’t even get me started on issues outside of pay..#PayRestoration #BMADoctorsVoteYes #itsnotatrainingnumber
