Reality check: some people’s lives look very different. Living pay check to pay check they really cannot afford basic food. Recommending 30 plant foods a week is not something they need to hear. Trying to prioritise plant foods whenever possible would be my recommendation !!! 🤷🏽‍♀️

Diet is not a standalone…it has to be in partnership with proper sleep hygiene, physical activity and good mental health practices !!

How many time does one have to press reset….the quarter mark is tough enough to achieve…picking up the existing is like scraping of dried gum on carpet…..and resetting feels like ten steps backwards….or maybe it is it’s just a change in direction 🤷🏻‍♀️
