I was heartbroken to learn that Yolanda Villar was killed while walking across the street in District 2. Her loss has deeply impacted her family and our community at large. My thoughts are with Yolanda’s family at this incredibly difficult time.

Not only is it regressive but it subsidizes Blue states’ staunch refusal to address their cost of living crises. Further rich people are not the ones fleeing HCOL states, the wage and amenity value is too high. Who is the family fleeing from CA to AZ? Middle class.

I need folks to explain to me which one of these paragraphs came from the San Francisco Young Republicans blog, and which one came from the "Housing is a Human Right" far left NIMBYs blog:

Imagine being so unhappy with your life you post stuff like this. We’ll continue to make public spaces better (less crime, more art and commerce) and hopefully it helps some of these folks get better.

With this signature and his signing of SB 1210, *all nine* of California YIMBY's priority and sponsored bills that made it out of the legislature this year have been signed into law! Thank you Gavin Newsom for your leadership in tackling our state's housing shortage.

GrowSF Matt Boschetto This is really over the line, guys. Matt is the first to tell you he would support less affordable and less market rate housing in the district. Is Myrna a YIMBY? No, she could do better. Is Matt a NIMBY? Absolutely.

The 3rd time i've seen this take. Putting aside not understanding congestion, I don't get what commuters Prop K even harms. Who uses the Great Highway in SF to commute? From where to where? Are SF Zoo and Sutro Baths some major employment center that Sunset Blvd cant satisfy?

Tim Walz embraces YIMBYism and building more housing during the VP debate: "12% more houses in Minneapolis, prices went down on rent. It's working!"

The way JD Vance was talking about solving the housing crisis by kicking out newcomers and building sprawl housing in the middle of nowhere you’d think he was running for the San Francisco Board of Supervisors

The Great Highway only serves 3,300 drivers during commute periods? Thats pathetic. 3,300 people is the exact same number of Muni riders pre-pandemic on the parallel 18-46th Avenue bus. That's two BART train's of people. Close that road down, that's weak as shit. Yes on Prop K.

The other group “that has a lot of members and a lot of money” is YIMBY, Stu says. "They’re active at the state and local level. Legislators can expect YIMBY members to be out there canvassing for or against you depending on how you voted on their bills." Folks: that's right!

You can see the exact moment when #Switzerland decided ramming highways into its cities was a stupid idea. This is the Autobahnstummel, the "highway stub," for a huge expressway, one of 3 that was supposed to enter heart of Zürich. Killed by popular referendum in 1973.

My opponent is rallying to block housing in Lower Nob Hill on a lot that has been empty for 10 years. The proposal has 36 new homes, with 34 2+ bedrooms, the type of family-sized housing we so desperately need. A vote for Moe Jamil is a vote for continuing our housing crisis.
