RW supplemental visa applications have begun to get receipted. It is anticipated these Visas will be exhausted first part of April, allowing most of Groups B, C, and D to get their RWs. #h2b #ihcpllc

The final day to receive a receipt for April 1 RW I-129 H-2B filings was 3/30. Applications received after will be returned. I did have a client receive a receipt from a 3/30 delivery date. Slightly earlier than early April, but I believe many Ds made it. #h2b

USCIS has announced the first half cap was reached on October 11. Now we wait for supplemental information as start dates pass clients by. A permanent fix is a win for everyone. #h2b
