Hoping that Monster does the right thing here, after what we saw with Sightline, I'd like to feel good about where I'm getting news from. Military.Com has been responsible for significant amounts of reporting that has had direct impacts on Soldiers.

This is such an important and vital news outlet for a country spending so much on Defense. Soldiers and civilians rely on mil.com every day for a variety of topics. I hope Monster can support Workers the way Military.com supports Service Members!

It’s no coincidence that our colleagues in the military space are unionizing. Journalism is in trouble + there are less & less reporters covering one of the biggest militaries in the world with a budget larger than the GDP of most countries. Rock on Military.com!!!🤘🏻

.Monster has unfortunately declined to voluntarily recognize our union. In a message to staff, the company says it values the ability to work directly with its employees - of which it has not given raises or salary cost of living adjustments to - despite being constantly asked.

We come to the table acting in good faith. We will hold an election. In the meantime, we'll continue to deliver the impactful reporting servicemembers, veterans and their families are entitled to.

Labor Day is about celebrating American workers & unions. Every worker should be treated with dignity & properly compensated. Monster's wages have not kept up with inflation, employees have seen effective cuts to pay despite greater demands. We look forward to a fair contract.
