Policies & procedures - a tip. At DSC we treat our pols & procs as living documents. Every month we brief 1 or 2 relevant policies so staff are constantly reminded they exist and what they are meant to achieve. Don’t let your policies sit in a drawer. Brief them regularly.

Words can’t express how deeply sad I feel at the loss of one of the greatest fundraisers in the UK, & one of the loveliest and most generous of men, Mark Astarita. He knew everyone, everyone knew him. Wise, funny, clever, & kind. Always there for you. Now no longer. Sad sad day.
