Our JLYF Youth Advisory Board met this month in the studio to wrap gifts for Red Bags. Every YAB member brought gifts for our adopted child. Red Bags KC brings the spirit of the holidays and holiday gifts to Kansas City foster children, low-income families, and at-risk youth.

A big milestone for Just Like You Films on the set of Rise and Shine! 🎬✨ For the first time, we had a crew so large we needed trailers—and we even learned the industry term honey wagon! (Spoiler: It’s not nearly as sweet as it sounds. 🚽😂)

We had an incredible meeting with Gary Brock, Director of Education, finalizing the details for submitting Just Like You: Diabetes to PBS LearningMedia! This is a huge step in bringing the film to classrooms nationwide, helping to raise awareness about life with diabetes.
