Wonderful event British Library last night. I read 5 mins of Dinner of Herbs by Carla Grissmann , a writer I love and discuss in my new book Cold Kitchen. The excerpt was all about remote Anatolia in the 1960s: flocks of sheep and the start of spring, eggs and orange flowers.
