And yet…Fea himself says he decided not to implement Dobson’s “harmful” teachings on patriarchy and discipline in his own family. Good for him! But he knows full well that *millions* of evangelicals did. Their stories are part of J&JW’s story.

I urge anyone to read John’s piece and then read (heck, even just skim) chapters 4 & 9 in J&JW. Decide for yourselves who is guilty of “woefully flat” analysis.
