Here’s a mobility exercise to try: The half-kneeling hip flexor stretch is great for loosening up your tight hips. Kneel on one knee and push your hips forward. Keep your torso upright and squeeze your glutes. Hold for 30 seconds and switch sides. #ruckon #mobility
