I found a bunch of old disposable cameras, brought them to CVS, and just picked them up yesterday. A lot of the pictures were from 2000/2001, when my Dad and I were constantly driving across the country, touring in his blues band.

Drummers are the most ensnared individuals. Though they are loudest, they are the last to be heard. They have insecurities due to the fact that everyone has their back turned on them. Herein lies the band’s secret; there is no greatness- without a great drummer. RIP Charlie Watts

As members of the The The Rolling Stones took in the grandeur of Studio A yesterday, band keyboardist & musical director Chuck Leavell sat at our 1877 Steinway grand piano as backing vocalists Bernard Fowler and Sasha Allen performed an impromptu rendition of β€œMy Girl.”
