To recap: The TX Education Agency waited til all results were in from schools for 2023, & THEN RETROACTIVELY set the bar much higher to pass A-F accountability. 120 school districts sued Agency for foul play. The Greg Abbott appointed 15th Court ordered A-F grades released.
