It was a rich discussion w/ Unidad para las Víctimas DANE Colombia – considering Colombia's 🇨🇴 solid #datasystems in place, we looked at what else is needed to measure #Solutions4IDPs using the framework being developed by JIPS_Joint Internal Displacement Profiling Service UN Development & existing guidance/interagency tools.
