As per this revelation by Dharshana, Vraîe Cally Balthazaar Colombo #NPP mayor candidate, has used CMC resources and taxpayer’s money to conduct various programs. She is not a CMC member or holding any government post. Also they have instructed not take any photos of these meetings going
