Today was by far the best case-study conversation on Reforge with Dun Wang of Calm --> terrific insight into how the app scaled itself by leveraging human psychology, data, and a culture of experimentation.

On a livestream with Scott Galloway rn and this is exceeding all expectations. It's like watching a really intelligent business-minded improv show. He's dropping names, admitting to dropping names and being critical about the name he's dropping in the same breath. Blown away.
