These lessons - and accompanying mindset videos - are the perfect start to the school year - teachers and students love them! x.com/msweney0408/st…

Wow...interesting stuff here. Definitely the direction my mind has been moving recently in regards to grading policy. x.com/catlin_tucker/…

This has always been one of my favorite Pi Day comics. I also like thinking about failures as “approximations of success.” Happy Pi Approximation Day!!

I hated assigning homework. I hated grading homework. I hated *trying* to collect homework. I hated faking like I cared about homework when I honestly didn’t. I hated homework.

Thank you Alice Keeler for making me aware of the bitmoji chrome extension. Now I can accurately express my feelings to my class when I accidentally reveal the MYSTERY spinner WAAAY too early!!

If you want students to remember something, ask them to draw it. A new study finds that drawing beats reading or writing about a concept because it forces us to process information in three ways: visually, kinesthetically, and semantically. Youki Terada edut.to/2JAfdIh
