Accepting payment in the real world under false pretence, being deceitful, fraudulent behavior, engaging in a corrupt behavior, a consorted effort by more than FIVE individuals constitutes RICO.

There are nine parole members, a Chair, including the work of support staff, all of which take an active role in the parole process, including unit staff at every facility in Ohio, parole officers, the ripple effect is colossal.

When bills are sponsored, does the sponsor receive any kick backs? Has Biden been profiting from kickbacks from various states?

Jim Fussell (@jimfusselldd) 's Twitter Profile Photo

If Trump can be charged with RICO for merely having a different opinion regarding election results, not being part of any financial exchange, why is this 1994 Biden Violent Offender Bill not being investigated?

Jim Fussell (@jimfusselldd) 's Twitter Profile Photo

There seems to be zero oversight. I welcome fact-checkers to prove or disproved the claims set forth here. Someone needs to reach out to the Federal Prosecutor in Franklin County, in Ohio to present facts and questions.

Ted Cruz has been notified of these issues, perhaps those in his circle will investigate and initiate further digging. In Ohio the parole board as well as ODRC is under a blanket of immunity. This should never be the case.

Everyone should be held accountable for their own actions. In doing so each person knows that there are consequences. When entities/individuals are protected, they become bold and reckless. Untouchable mentality like John Gotti had.

Where does the 1994 Biden Violent Offender Bill grant money in Ohio, go? How is it spent, does it get used to pay salaries of parole members?

Jim Fussell (@jimfusselldd) 's Twitter Profile Photo

In Ohio there are all kinds of illegal practices being conducted daily. ODRC has never had investigative reporters from various news agencies, nor Federal investigations conducted. Records are available, patterns of corruption are known, cover ups are everywhere.

While the parole board disregards "meaningful parole hearings" and passes out years of continuances like Halloween candy, lives are affected. Lives are lost. Zero accountability.

It is time for prisoners and their loved ones to fight back. The parole board should be replaced with ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE, paroles decided by specific science/point system.

Take "emotions" and "revenge" away from the parole decision process. Parole members suffer from PTSD after reviewing hundreds of horrific cases, they are traumatized.

When your kid calls to tell you one of his closest ppl in prison hung himself in the hole last night, what exactly do you say? CO not doing their job. Abusing a man in a mental breakdown by taking his meds and dumping him in the hole? No cams in these cells? #MCINorfolkMA

All communication across MA prisons and jails will be free starting Dec. 1 when this policy finally goes into effect. Congratulations again to all who fought so hard for this win.

LA jails are killing people—disproportionately Black and Latino men who are held pretrial. Keeping more Angelenos out of jail means saving lives Our new tool is holding the county accountable to its commitment to reduce jail populations: ow.ly/AhXM50Q83YQ

In reality, writing letters to people in prison is an invaluable, inexpensive way to reduce harm, and a viable way for everyday people to begin to tackle the problem of mass incarceration. newsweek.com/write-letters-…
