In 1968 Richard Laumeyer was 19yo, newly married, w/ a child on the way. He got his first job at our Chicago Stamping Plant and said, "I'll stay a while..." 55 years, 5 kids & 13 grandkids later, he's been an integral part of our Ford Motor Company team. Richard, thanks for your service!
