I’ve not had my COVID19 vaccine yet and don’t expect to be called for a few weeks yet. But if I was eligible for AZ vaccine tomorrow I’d take it without a moments hesitation. This vaccine is saving many lives every day and is both extensively researched and monitored for safety.

I found shaving close up around my stoma difficult. Using an empty toilet roll as a shield was awkward, so I got an eyebrow shaver. It does an excellent job. £12 on Amazon, even has a light. Shame Amazon has not published my review, I hoped it would help others. #ostomy #stoma
