Running for Congress is rewarding when I’m with great people. Not so much however when I see how the sausage of politics is made. If you’re not wealthy or have a large PAC supporting you, it’s hard to compete. Come May 3rd I pray that this will change.

Although I never met VP Mike Pence on campaign trail, I used his quote several times in my speeches. Mike said, “I’m a Christian, a Conservative, and a Republican, in that order.” I couldn’t agree more. Many politicians, including me, have gotten that quote upside down at times.
