I'm normally a big fan of Waitrose & Partners but am appalled by their decision not to allow papers to be ordered on Click and Collect due for collection before 3pm. That's discriminatory. I feel like I am being treated as a second-class citizen. Bad move Waitrose!

Appalling standards B&Q Southend today. Displaying grossly misleading signage & staff are rude and arrogant. Total lack of customer service skills. I picked up geraniums near the signs & although they were 10.5cm summer pot bedding apparently not included.
