I love when my flights are moved around without prior notification and they add, “The same seat you booked may not be available during this flight. Please check your reservation to ensure you have a seat.” I’m assuming since you have my money that I have a seat, right?

My mom once offered me a 36 cup coffeemaker (see picture). I told her I didn’t need something that big. She responded, “Jill, don’t take this the wrong way but I’ve seen you with coffee. Take the coffeemaker.“

The best time of the year is the start of the school year. The pictures, texts, calls from school leaders telling me about the 1st day, listening to the genuine excitement for a new year. I love them and I am so proud to be part of their lives. Forever grateful.
