LCPS News: This afternoon in the Amazon Web Services Think Big Space, 8th graders taking the Computer Science Foundation course with Ms. Amber Lloyd JL Simpson MS showcased the AI Chatbots they created with the help of Nivaro to members of the surrounding community.
LCPS News: With the power of video conferencing, students from JL Simpson MS came to the Amazon Web Services Think Big Space to meet students from Dubai and Ireland to see how they utilize their Think Big Spaces and begin to build connections across countries and cultures.
LCPS News: The Amazon Web Services Think Big Space JL Simpson MS hosted its 2nd open house last night. Visitors were able to tour the space & try out the various tools and programs that are utilized by Ss each day. Special thanks to our AWS Middle School Helpers who ran each station.

Sometimes, the best way to learn is to invite the students to teach the teacher. For our PD time this morning, Ss from JL Simpson MS came to the Think Big Space to walk the IFCSs through a garden challenge in Minecraft Education to "build" a deeper understanding of the program.
