So easyJet sold me a drinks voucher prior to my flight this week, then the onboard staff said it wasn't showing on my boarding card. They suggested I contact Customer Services. I did, and they said I didn't qualify for a refund. Shocking! Don't order extras! Pls RT

I also received an email from easyJet asking me to complete a satisfaction survey for their Customer Service. I tried to complete it but the form doesn't work. Really poor!

Hi easyJet , no reply to my post of yesterday, I see. Do you think your refunds policy is ethical? It doesn't look like it to me. I paid £8 for a drinks voucher and you didn't register it. Very shabby!

So easyJet , I was contacted by some scammers pretending to be you and offering me compensation, but at least they got in touch. You continue to ignore me over the refund I'm due. Dreadful lack of customer care!

Just been blocked by a scammer. Beware of anyone purporting to be from easyJet customer service on here. Having said that, at least they get back to you, unlike EasyJet, who don't seem to care about their customers.
