Mengshan in Nanchang’s Xinjian District, is steeped in legend. Once called Hanwang Peak, it was renamed after Liu Hu—grandson of Liu Bei—who earned his title here after defeating bandits. Locals still come to “seek dreams,” giving the mountain its name: Dream Mountain.
