Hey Vivid Deutschland, after closing account wifey still managed to put money on it (shouldn’t this NOT be possible?) which she learned from notification AFTER being logged-out (again - NOT BE POSSIBLE). CS isn’t responding since 3 weeks on her mails. Can you pls look into this?
