CAIRO6 rand PhIII #CRS/HIPEC (MMC) +/- periop systemic tx (doublet + bev) #mCRC PCI<20 ➡️ numerical improvement in OS but no sig diff b/t groups, sig PFS/DFS benefit w/periop arm. Synchronous peritoneal mets/R-sided tumor benefited most from periop approach #ASCO25 OncoAlert
