We just published our investigation on PINK1 inhibitors; PRT062607, a SYK inhibitor, also inhibits PINK1 (IC50 1 uM). The inhibitor is not selective for PINK1, but paves the way to the development of PINK1 selective chemical probes: nature.com/articles/s4159…
