BAM's continued success is no surprise or coincidence. Tad and Jodi have always separated themselves from the rest, putting in the work to land, grow and sustain blue-chip partners. They've long known the path to showing value & have in many ways blazed the trail like no others.

I have to believe those sharpshooters looking out for the “betterment of the sport” explored a MENA deal (i.e. Abu Dhabi) but there’s a lot more to it than funding; someone has to do the work. In the end, when evaluating the options to branch out, it was obviously easier to sue.

“MBS” had it locked no matter, but a good reminder that @FIA roads can be dark, slippery and perilous. Sort of like black/clear ice you can’t see but know it’s there, lurking, waiting to bust your ass. The FIA's grip needs real testing to ensure its roads are at least passable.

What I don’t want to see disappear is the sensibility and sincerity that families like the Earnhardt’s bring to the sport. There’s nothing more valuable or important, especially at this moment.

Christmas came early this week when James Finch called to shoot the bull and share a laugh. Had fun catching up on just about everything and always appreciate his wisdom. One of one.

This is the only time I ever saw Greg pour cold water on anything. And as with everything in life, he did it with purpose and a smile. He was instantly likable and a giver at heart with a keen awareness of the big picture. One of the good guys. Prayers to all of the families.

A stalwart for the racing industry, Michael was a straight shooter who understood the value of a relationship. He was a purpose-driven leader who took the time to get to know the fans, yielding unmistakable momentum, loyalty and fun. Rest in peace.

Penske leaning on its foundational tenet “it’s all about the people” with this hire. Having in-market leadership depth is invaluable, and Jim Liaw brings a range of experience that will serve the organization and sport really well.
