Govt repeatedly reassured that their early release scheme would not put victims, nor the public, at risk. It’s clear that’s not the case. The scheme should mirror the eligibility criteria of the Home Detention Curfew (HDC) which excludes domestic abuse and stalking offenders.

Yet government child support agency doesn't think non resident parent should pay maintenance post 18. I'd say this is confused at best, which is odd for people saying they have a plan.
